Here's a breakdown of my experience: Pros: - Reliability: For the most part, they come rain or shine, holidays, snow, etc. Their consistency is commendable. -Communication: They always give a 10-minute heads-up before they arrive, so there are no surprises. Cons: - Service Quality: I've had to make one too many phone calls about the quality of their service. They have missed several "gifts" on multiple occasions. This past time, they overlooked one particular "gift" for three rounds. - Snow Service: This past year, they still came out during a decent snowfall, which is fine. However, they made a quick pass and left, barely collecting anything. I then received an email notification stating that because of the snow, they would charge extra one week during the spring due to all the remains likely left by the snow. This additional charge felt unfair since I was already paying for the service. - Website Usability: The website is not user-friendly at all. Additional Info: For the first year or so, I was very happy with their service, even leaving a 5-star review and writing a poem about my satisfaction. They were as consistent as the mailman, and it was truly impressive. My yard is approximately 2,500 square feet, and I have two dogs (a Chihuahua and a Beagle mix). I'm not complaining about small Chihuahua presents being missed, as that's understandable. However, I'm upset about the several missed gifts from my larger Beagle mix, in nice weather, especially when they spend less than two minutes in my backyard. It's not about the time spent but the quality of the job. If you can get the job done in two minutes, I'm all for it, but when you only spend two minutes (camera time-stamped), you better ensure that at least 90% is picked up (spoiler: it consistently wasn't). I've had to call about this issue before, and at this point, spending $17 per week for 1.5 dogs for two minutes of work on a half-assed job just doesn't make sense anymore.

If you read all reviews on Yelp, Google, and Facebook you will see I'm not the first to mention the lack of communication and emotional responses or rudeness from the owner. She doesn't know how to professionally handle criticism from CURRENT OR FORMER customers. One week they won't come out due to snow and the next week they are saying they'll scoop all week no matter how much snow there is! So many red flags. They also blocked me from the business page on Facebook, so now I can't reply to anything concerning my review. Also, how difficult is it to say, "we messed up and will do better moving forward?" Apparently too difficult for this business owner! Original Review: Consistency in service is important. Several times I would receive an automated email confirming our regularly scheduled pickup, but then no one would show up and there would be no communication from the company. There were also a few occasions poop was left in clear view on our patio. This company also regularly bombards current customers with solicitations for positive reviews on multiple platforms. After a scheduled pickup was missed again recently, I sent an email stating we would be looking elsewhere for another service.
