We've been using this company for a year, if not more than a year. We have two large dogs, and a medium size dog, so their services are vital to us. We have called over 10 times and left over 10 voicemails to update our address since Oct. 3rd when we moved. We've been hung up on twice. We found out they are going and servicing our previous address 5 times already where there is no longer any dogs in the back yard. So we are literally just giving free money. Have yet to receive a call back. So I figured I'd try it this way. Giving 3 stars because they do the job. But the customer service professionally is not acceptable. read more

Uh, these guys are the shit. That is all. If you've got poop in your yard, they will clean the crap out of it. I've been through several poop pickup places (see my review for dog duty) and these guys are the best. They know who you are and what your yard configuration is when you call. They pick up all the doody and don't skip weeks or jerk you around like some other dipshits. read more

WOW. Had Poop 911 for about 8 weeks. Some weeks they didnt clean, others they wouldnt complete the job. Left poop in a bag in my driveway 10 feet from my dumpster. You call the manager and he argues with you. Finally after several weeks of nothing being done. I called to cancel. The manager stated "you have been up my butt!" Well sir. Thank you for that. Unfortunately I have asked to cancel my service today after roughly a year of service. I have had good service at times as well as lazy or nonexistent service that I was charged for. I will say that they have always worked to right the wrong and correct it. I have had the tech walk into my backyard on an occasion that I was home and leave within a couple minutes. I would concede that the quality of service is probably largely dependant on the tech that is doing the work, but after the first time that I knew 100% that service wasn't rendered I have been skeptical and now a second time I just can't trust that it would be done properly in the future. read more

My husband and I signed up for Poop 911's dog waste removal services a few days ago. Their employee came out today and left our backyard in worse shape than before he got here. He DID NOT clean up more than half of the poop in the backyard and, more importantly, he left large piles of dog poop all over my back patio and down the walk way on the side of my house, neither of those areas had poop before. I have 2 small children who play on that patio daily and now it's covered in feces... I QUICKLY walked through my backyard after he left and was able to EASILY spot many, many piles of poop that were not picked up. The guy who came out even flat out lied to the owner and told him that my husband told him that it had been more than a year since we picked up the poop. Which my husband absolutely never said. We haven't even owned our house for that long! So, needless to say we are not happy with this company or their service and we will not be using them in the future. read more
