The staff are really friendly and they worked with our military contract. We also noticed a lot of military people here. I had some of the best neighbors but like any apartment you never know who you're going to live next to. I like trying to fix things myself but when I did need the maintenance they were always quick to get things done and taken care of. Just some things to know: They do allow 2 pets (with some restrictions) and the laundry facility is on site. I only wished they had laundry hook ups but these are older apartments. If we ever came back to Del Rio we'd probably stay here again or rent a house.
