The staff that work here are really cool, they are always willing to help and fix things. They even call you when you have a package delivered. The pool is nice too. There are a lot of military men and women that live here, along with some Del Rio Police. I feel pretty safe here. Just an update. So I locked my whole set of keys in they car and therefore didn't have a key to my apartment. I called to see if the manager could let me in to grab my spare car keys and the answering service told me that it was the tenant's responsibility for lock outs. Why can they let themselves in to do maintenance but not met me in to my own apartment? That's BS.

The ac works" but it never shuts off and the apartment doesn't get cool due to the lack of insulation. They don't keep up with the grass, upstairs apartments don't have ladders how they are supposed to in case of a fire, and I could keep going! Do not recommend living here.

It's for a better job in another state…read more I have always recommended this place to new hires in our office and for people looking for an apartment. It is fairly priced and then some, near anything and everything in Del Rio, and it is a great neighborhood where safety and peacefulness is by far the norm. The landlords are amazing people, very kind and quick to respond to anything and everything. This is, in my opinion, the best apartment place in Del Rio. Other places usually charge more, with less space. This place is amazing, and I hope to be able to find another like it where I go. :(

Always has a reason or excuse for everything and will give you a hard time about everything.
