Recently, we had an issue with our pool pump and needed to have it replaced. The service team went above and beyond to help us out and get everything taken care of. It was such a relief to have the issue handled so quickly and smoothly, especially before a holiday weekend. New pool installation: 16x32…read more This review is my experience with the contractor Bey Pools who completed a new pool at our property. The project started March-7 completed by June-12. This project started off on a good note with weekly communication on each step during process. The minute I had conversation with the contractor about our concerns is when communication started to break down. This is when you think back that a paying customer should be heard and is usually correct especially when you're spending north of 60k just for the pool.. not pavers or electrical, however this wasn't the case. There was tension throughout the remaining pool install all the way up to the cleaning process. I'm very big on if you tell a person you're going to do something then you do it even if you don't want to, you accepted the job. We already have issues with plaster chipping on the pool floor, which I was told it would be good for 10years or more- Hmmmm!!!! All payments were made on time and even before some of the steps were completed. The pool was suppose to be cleaned for 30days since the contractor chose not to acid wash the plaster when his crew completed it. We now have spots at the bottom of our brand new pool which we will have to have someone else come to fix because I don't trust the warranty since it wasn't done correctly in the first place. Thought we would have to live with the horrible job but decided to call Mr Drywall to see what could be done to make it less noticeable. He was prompt, very honest and gave us an estimate that we considered more than fair. He promised us that he could make it look 95% better. He returned as scheduled with Shaun (his great assistant) and in two days they had sealed off the area, cut out the damaged ceiling, installed new drywall, textured the new ceiling to match the rest perfectly, matched the existing ceiling color, painted the area, and cleaned up every speck of dust. He and Shaun were amazing and deserve a 100 star review. He was wrong though, he did not make it look 95% better, he made it 100% better! We are beyond satisfied and pleased and would highly recommend Mr Drywall! He is THE BEST!

I enjoyed talking to her and I received a fair quote. I did shop around after receiving my initial quote from them. While there were a few others that came in a little lower on the price and one that was overpriced, I came back to Tropical Gutter Pros because of their level of customer service, communication, full explanation/itemized invoice and warranty on parts/labor. I was in the process of getting my roof replaced so we scheduled the installation a couple weeks out. They came out today(5/28/24) and got the job done fast and efficiently. I agree with all the nice things said about Angi and her crew. They were right on time and worked…read morefast. The color match is not perfect but better than I expected. All gutters are secured well. It will also be nice to not worry about the gutters flying off in a storm. I'm a little disappointed with a couple of the downspouts, though. I was hoping that a professional gutter specialist would be about to hug the wall better than what was already there. For example, the front downspout, is crooked in the middle and the opening does not face toward the street but rather inward. The back downspout has a big gap. When asked, Angi quickly sent a lengthy reply why they could not improve on the original installation and recommended I use downspout extensions for drainage. I accept that I should have been more thorough with my questioning. So, If you use this company for a replacement project, remember to clearly state any improvements you expect up front and do not expect them to improve on any of the flaws in the original gutters.

I've been using Jason's Pool Service which was his brother Kirk's service before that for 16 years…read morenow. Jason has cleaned our pool and watched over our equipment, keeping things clean and updated. He comes like clockwork and let's me know by text if something needs my attention. We are on a monthly payment program with him so it's the same year round. He comes weekly in the summer and once every two weeks in the winter. Highly recommend!

I also found out they charge $40 extra when there is heavy rain and they ACTUALLY have to do some real cleaning. I have had 2 other pool companies and neither of them did this.
