Wayne happened to already be in my neighborhood on another call and came over in about a half hour to troubleshoot my spa issue while I was at work. He let me know it was a relatively simple fix and didn't take very long so he just charged me the $75 service fee. (So much cheaper than the other options.) I am so relieved to have my spa fixed and done so quickly, and not cost an arm and a leg. Wayne was very professional, nice and communicative with what the issue was. I have had High Desert Pool and Spa install a whole new filtering unit for my in ground pool. It…read moretook a while for them to get back to me. I had a new pump put in last year and within a year the bearings were shot. Again it took several calls and texts for them to get back with me. The pump he installed was used but he said it only had been used a couple of times and was like new. I finally called another pool company after High Desert couldn't come out for a couple of weeks. The other guy said that the pump I had had to have been used quite a bit for the bearings to be grinding like that. Desert High might be a little cheaper but you get what you pay for. Very unprofessional work and customer service. I also had a hot tub and he said he would look at it if I took it apart for him first. Save yourself a headache don't call High Desert Pool and Spa!

We were sitting in our RV on a 100° day with no air conditioner and we called him and he was out at our house. 30 minutes later. The Rv Medic showed up and he had it figured out within 30 seconds and I'm not kidding around. His professionalism and knowledge was amazing. All I can say is he is knowledgeable, knowledgeable, knowledgeable! We have other work we need done and we will definitely only go to our new RV Doctor. Also got the electric blinds and have had some problems with them. But the service on the blinds has been decent. So no on the closets

Jeremy installed a "new" reverse osmosis system June 2025. The water was delicious and the TDS read…read morea consistent 14, and 16 in December 2025 when we had him come out and change the filters as he had recommended (every 6 months). After changing our filters December 23rd, our TDS readings went up to 260! We called to let him know the pressure dropped significantly and the water was cloudy and had an odor. We bled the system up to about 10 times and flushed the membrane a couple times and let the system refill before testing again. We let Jeremy know it wasn't performing like before. Nothing was broke until he changed those filters. His response was slightly defensive and his resolution was to change the membrane out which had not yet been done, and to charge us again. This did not sound reasonable to me as to why would I trust another service when the first service provided had not worked and was abandoned unresolved? How does a 6 month old perfectly working new system go from great to broke? It's a mystery to us. Won't use these guys again...and their answering their "business" phone line or returning messages are slow. I tried to get a copy of the receipt from when we had the system installed with no help, never got a call back. And their business address is a residential area, I'm sure there are a few ma/pa businesses in this town that work from home. Very disappointed, now we are buying bottled water until this gets resolved.

Back in the start of the pandemic, we had Banker come in and blow insulation in the attic of our…read more1400 sq ft home. Fast forward about 5 years, and we had another company install mini splits. When they were in the attic, they noticed that 400 sq ft of space had no insulation in it. I reached out to Banker to see if they had any idea what had gone wrong, and they were very responsive, and helpful. Apparently, back at that time, there were a number of people working for Banker who did not do great work, and have since been let go. The representative I spoke to at Banker told me that they were actively trying to improve their reputation, which had suffered significantly during that time. They offered to come back and finish the job, and even to upgrade the R value of the insulation in the entire attack, all at no charge to me. So, while my initial experience almost half a decade ago was not great, I do think the company has turned over a new leaf, and is working hard to do a really good job now. I would not hesitate to work with them again, if the need ever came up. Everyone I spoke and worked with this time around was professional, responsible, and very easy to work with.
