An expensive mistake to associate with this team…read more I assigned my beautiful lakefront property to this team also known as Pink Door Management, Scates Realty, team of Elaine Meyers and Claire Fryer. They were very sweet and responsive initially and tried very hard to sell me into their property management platform. Once it was signed they moved quickly and got a tenant in without consulting with me or doing proper make ready for the place. I quickly realized they had no interest in taking care of my property, instead they were interested in collecting the fee. Half way through the first lease I sent independent inspector to walk through as I was not getting the response I needed from their team. The inspection results worried me. I ended up cutting the lease short and giving a termination notice to the tenant and the property management team. Once they knew I was terminating they stopped responding to my emails or calls. When tenant moved out I -the house was left a disaster - multiple lease violations (smoking, driving on grass, oil and urine stains everywhere). Still in the process of trying to amend the situation...

They definitely can make their way into your rental but being a former Floridian it's common. Our group rented an 11 bedroom, 7200sq ft home, and it was fantastic! Loved that our group could play golf, had access to golf carts, full kitchen, pool, theater, literally the works! $3400 a night but sooooo worth it! Community is safe and secure. Would definitely recommend for large groups. There is a bar/restaurants on premises and you never have to leave if you don't want to. They allow food trucks to come on premises which is great. Especially the soft serve one, yes big back things. Loved this place. Would come back!
