We just wanted to express how grateful we are to Sean and all of the Poolfab team for the new pool and landscape project we had them complete at our home. Our project was a large build with a tricky site and nothing was ever too much trouble for Sean as he was there on site overseeing each stage and answering any of our questions. We wanted to make some early changes on site and this was done on the spot and ended up saving us money with a better outcome. This flexibility and customer focus made us feel at ease and confident that we were in good hands from day one. We had Rhiannon the designer available to us anytime during the concept and estimating stage in making the design changes and scope revisions until we get the project looking exactly how we wanted it on paper before the build started. She also helped us with all of the material selections during the build and she was always checking in with us to see if were happy with how it was all going on site, so we always felt like we had someone there keeping an eye on how the design came to life on site. We appreciated this level of personal service as this project was a big investment for us but we felt supported and appreciated at every step along the way. Kat in the office was also a huge assistance in looking after the admin side of the project. We like everyone else, experienced some delays with our selected materials due to covid but we were always kept updated by the office and personally by Sean of any scheduling changes every stage and it was this personalised and professional service that made our project run so well. Every trade that was on site was friendly, polite, respectful and always up for a chat and the pride they all took in their work was evident by the quality of the finished product that we could not be happier with.
