I bought over $2,500 worth of equipment on boxing day after asking the sales staff for advice. I couldn't be more pleased with everything I got and all the great advice he gave. I have had over 9 businesses within 30years and I know good service when I see it. Other businesses could take note of this. I have been back for other bits and the service was still the excellent. Every one has bad days and dealing with customers that think you haven't heard or seen it all before can get you pissed. Very bad experience !! customer support was non exisitng . purchased a brand new Honda Small Motor from them and 2 weeks later it needs to be serviced as it is using 10 times as much fuel and backfiring and running for 10 to 15 seconds when the motor is turned off . I was informed by sunshine coast mowers at Mooloolaba that it needed a new SPARK PLUG !!!!! . took the motor there left it for the day to be called by Wade a worker there asking if the machine has ever been used my reply was yes it has been working for 2 weeks since purchased , his reply was oh well we cant get it going !!! I returned the next day to pickup the motor and when i questioned Wade about what they did I was asked to leave the property . I then asked to speak to the manager and there reply was a laugh in my face and said god luck as he is overseas !!! now please leave the premises . I stood out front waiting for the machine to be returned , Once they returned I was laughed at again as I asked WADE to help me lift the machine into the ute . very poor customer service . I informed Wade that i will be contacting Honda , Fair trading to resolve this problem . I would not reccomend anybody use this service . read more

The guy who sold me a lawn mower is so hot! We could have sold me anything he wanted and I would have bought it! Seriously though, the staff are great and very knowledgable. I've taken my mower back every year since to get it serviced. These guys know their stuff and they're reasonably priced. read more
