We paid a private company to perform an inspection on our property regarding our pool and issues with Pool Scout. Without our knowledge or permission, Pool Scouts contacted this company and received partial information on the report WE PAID FOR. Under no circumstances should this have happened. 3. We received an email from this company saying they wanted us to call them directly instead of calling their corporate office or writing reviews.
