I always dreaded messaging scott with any potential issues, he's one of those guys who's never wrong and it's always your fault or something else. He never takes accountability. Finally in the end they "fired me" because i complained about the pool worker leaving my water on for 4 days and completely rinsing my pool of all chemicals and also flooding my backyard, when presented with the facts and CC footage showing it was them who made the error, he said he no longer wanted to service my pool. They then refunded my current month, which had just started and acted like he did me a huge favor, and also i believe paid me $120? if i recall extra. But when i presented him with the full waterbill he did not reply, If i were a bit older and had more time, i would have taken them to civil court for the issue. Because i have all the "receipts" as the kids say, as you can see in this attached image, these are my last 9 months of water bills.. including novembers high bill when they ALSO left the water on, but i caught it faster. I didn't complain because i wasn't sure if it was me that did it, and my cameras in the back were offline and i didn't realize that at the time. TLDR The owner refuses to take accountability when they make a mistake and then decides to up and leave you as a client if you call them out for the issues, he also likes to gaslight you if you dont "tip" their pool boy. aka his son. Thank god i'm done with them. But out $300+ in water bills

Cara the owner, was very gracious and advised she would have Ben, her husband, come out and look at the spa pump. Ben came and looked at the pump and felt confident it could be repaired. He ordered the necessary parts and indicated he would let us know when it came in. In the meantime, we mentioned to the pool builder doing the resurfacing that we had contacted Dutchcraft Services to repair the pump. Marty, from US Pools without us asking, stated that Ben does great work and he also recommended them. How cool was that? Ben completed the work. we had a hiccup, not because of anything Ben had done wrong, but the company putting the pebble sheen had plugged the spa to avoid material going into the pipe. They unplugged it and the spa pump works like a charm!! The best part, Ben's price was very reasonable! We are sooo happy with it and we are using the spa more than we ever have!
