Moscow's only dog park....could be better…read more What it has going for it: - decent size area for dogs to play - water source in run for dogs - parking right outside dog park - fencing and gates are adequate - shelter area in middle of dog park for humans - some shade trees - port-a-potty right outside dog park entrance What it has going against it: - only one large dog run (no small dog run) - ground cover is grass & dirt (gets muddy easily) Being the only dog park in the area, it's sort of a better than nothing deal here. Add an area for smaller dogs(can easily add since there is already a 2nd entry area) more seating, better ground cover & better fencing/gates, this could be potentially a 4 star dog park/run

I like that they have kiddie pools and a water system to fill them up or to use a hose to wash your dog off after they get dusty or muddy. My dogs are very happy after an hour here, most dogs are very friendly and play well. Everyone so far watches their dogs and picks up after them, breaking up any aggression. Every now and then, sure, you may get alpha's & beta's quarreling, but come on, they are dogs. It happens.

We had no trouble with anything the breeder did what so every. Hula had kidney trouble from a treat a friend would buy her when she came to visit and 2 years later it was called off the shelves. By that time it damages a little part of her kidney. Which our vet did everything possible to keep what she had healthy. But 16 is nothing to sneeze at and she ran around right till the end. Cordia, I'm not ready to get another Shima right now because I miss her so much. But when I'm ready I will be back for two. That was my only regret that she only had big dogs to play with and I had wish she had a buddy her size. Thank you so much for the best little Tea cup Shima ever. She looked the same until the end. She wasn't a barker, but she definitely was a talker. She loved playing with children and would run around them. She sat quietly for older people and ran like a speed racer. I'm sorry for the people who had not so good experience but we had nothing but greatness with hula girl. She graduated top of her puppy class, agility, and adult class. We were definitely blessed. Oh and she loved stand up paddling such and athlete like I said we were blessed with a smart and loving tea cup who thought she was a great dame!

Located between the well-curated Fort Walla Walla Museum and the VA Medical Center, it has much to offer its community and boasts several amenities: 1. War Memorials -They pay Sincere Tribute to the Fallen and their Military Families this Memorial Day Weekend with outstanding structures, flags at half-staff, and patriotic wreaths. Including a WWII Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, and Gold Star Family Monument. 2. Historic Post Cemetery with individual flags at each headstone. Historic Cannons and high pole Flags at one of several park entrances. 3. BMX Bike Track/Skate Park -featuring an event this weekend, located in the park off of The Dalles Military Road. 4. RC Car Track -gated and maintained by club members. 5. Model Aircraft Flying Field. 6. Recreational Trails featuring Planet Walk -walkers and bikers with leashed dogs welcome. 7. Playground -with fort, swings, slides, etc. 8. Sand Volleyball Court -currently has overgrown grass and no net. 9. Covered Picnic Shelter -beautiful log structure, donated by the Rotary Clubs. We usually only see 1-2 other parked cars when we visit so it's peaceful. Notes: + Great spot for photos + Sometimes closed for private events + We've seen deer and bunnies here *It's not a great place for a long walk unless you don't mind walking in circles.

Often when I go there during the summer, there is rap music playing on volume 9,000 and we all have to suffer through crappy music that my young child should not be subjected to. My family prefers Sunnyside, Kamiak Butte or Klemgard for Pullman parks.
