I had this service for about a year. The good things about it were: 1st star- the price and 2nd star - they did a satisfactory job removing the poop from my yard when it wasn't snowing, raining or other things like their only employee quitting. The owner, Lyle, seems like he's probably a decent guy but he really should hire someone else to handle customer service. Communication is poor - crickets from him during the pandemic to let customers know how service would be affected; if they didn't show up for some reason on the scheduled day, they couldn't be bothered to proactively inform you (although Lyle was responsive to customer initiated emails); you're still billed when they don't come. I don't expect warm hugs and daily greetings but it's not too much to ask for timely, professional communication. And maybe a word of condolence when a customer loses a pet.

She also goes the extra mile with Bucky - I can tell that he loves spending time with her and that she takes the time to bond with him. When Bucky was sick, Anna took care of him and even cleaned up after him. She went above and beyond what we asked her to do, and I know Bucky appreciates it.
