Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.

First, they were up front with all their rates, services and how I would be billed. On their first visit, they did exactly what they said, reviewed where I would like the waste left after clean up, areas in the yard and met the dogs. They did everything they said they would, billed me as quoted. Their prices are reasonable and much less expensive than some other service companies I spoke to. Otto and Eric are both very nice. I'm a senior that was involved in automobile accident and in the hospital 3 months, Leaving me disabled and without transportation. Explain this to the groomer that my Sammy desperately needed nails and groom. I attempted to get appointments from February 27th to today March 13th. Groom made several appointments and broke all of them at the last minute. I begged groom to just possibly come and do Sam's nails because of his severe discomfort And again no compassion no concern just neglect. I told the groom my schedule allowed me to have Fridays off And I would supply an extension cord to her vehicle for her equipment to work. This is extremely unacceptable for any profession but when you're dealing with little animals that love and owners that love This is inhumane. When someone can't even have time to do a set of nails on one animal then that person should not be in the business of grooming our pets.
