I realized the yard was a mess so I had reached out to Julie. Turns out they had come for a few months. I tried her through the office phone, cell phone, text, and email. No response. I called some of the people that texted me months ago and they said they spoke to Julie and she would give me a call. No call. Very strange. Anyways now I have to fight all the bills with my CC company to get the money back. Still no idea why she just stopped coming and won't respond. Maybe they will respond after this review. Who knows. The funniest part is that they keep sending me bills! Like other reviews, its been almost 6 months since my last service, I have moved to a different home, I have called, emailed, texted, and reached out every way I could, but I am still receiving bills. This is insane.

First, it really breaks my heart to leave this review but if you follow my reviews, I typically…read moreonly leave reviews on great quality service or extremely bad service. Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.

I'm a senior that was involved in automobile accident and in the hospital 3 months, Leaving me disabled and without transportation. Explain this to the groomer that my Sammy desperately needed nails and groom. I attempted to get appointments from February 27th to today March 13th. Groom made several appointments and broke all of them at the last minute. I begged groom to just possibly come and do Sam's nails because of his severe discomfort And again no compassion no concern just neglect. I told the groom my schedule allowed me to have Fridays off And I would supply an extension cord to her vehicle for her equipment to work. This is extremely unacceptable for any profession but when you're dealing with little animals that love and owners that love This is inhumane. When someone can't even have time to do a set of nails on one animal then that person should not be in the business of grooming our pets.
