I was so grateful. I was even more grateful when I met her. She is an amazing talented hairstylist. My hair came out fabulous! We decided to have her do a trim as well, and it's exactly what I was looking for. I showed her a couple of photos of what I wanted to achieve with her. From the Highland HS area salon to Craft and now ROCOCO. Yes, you may have to wait but it will be worth it, I assure you. She is fantastic with color, short hair and long, curly and straight. What else? I was so impressed during the pandemic and still am, now that things have opened up, how meticulous ROCOCO is about temps, social distancing and spraying everything down. I'm older and Tiffany was so kind - early morning appts with no one else in the salon. She has a talented group of other stylists there and she is a great teacher. Honestly? I loved that Audrey and the salon took the time to intake and understand my needs..and really was able to give proper estimate/care to what I needed prior to my appointment. I also loved that the in person experience was wonderful. The space was light and beautiful. It made me feel calm and comfortable and I loved that Audrey made me feel relaxed and with no judgment at all despite how disastrous my hair had culminated into over the past 5 years of doing bare minimum.on my own.
