My husband called for a cab for a short journey back from the supermarket today. They told him it would be with him at 2.10pm.
He left it for ten minutes after that before calling them to ask what was going on - they'd completely forgotten about him.
After waiting another 20+ minutes (making a total of over half an hour of lateness), he called to find out what was going on.
The astoundingly rude woman answering the phones, who I assume was completely out of her depth with handling the bookings, told him to wait his turn and slammed the phone down on him.
He called Data Cars instead, and they were with him in ten minutes. Lesson learned.
(Btw, if I could give a negative star rating I would - this is very far from the first time we've experienced this sort of treatment from this company.) read more
