I had to call their office to get receipts for the work done( technician did not provide one...) and when they provided them they were no details on the work done and very vague. My house was about to go on the market , and I asked the office to get a more detailed invoice and to add all was in working order they refused to do it claiming it was illegal. The technician charged me whatever he felt like that's what should be illegal. In 2023 I wanted to add an on demand hot water and had them install a water heater. I didn't realize they would only install the unit and gas and not the water supply until the day they installed the unit. I had no problem installing the water and the unit worked fine for 1.5 years. At this point it started leaking and I called Tiger and was told they were a gas company and did not do plumbing. I indicated that Tiger installed the unit but the receptionist responded, I needed to call a plumber. I did call a plumber and they found the issues but would not warrant the product. Their repair did not completely fix the problem so I decided the cost to fix this water heater was going to cost more than the original costs. I punted and bought a heatpump water heater. If I had a full understanding of Tiger;s part in the effort I would have never purchased the waterheater from them and purchased from someone that would service the system under warranty. I would never buy anything other than propane from them in the future.

Handyman / Home Improvement (Yes, this is definitely a Lynchburg, VA review)…read more I needed some repairs around the house, mostly cosmetic. Things I was too lazy or too busy to do. Enter Ken. Ken is super easy to deal with and probably the most honest and hard working guy I have met. Forget the word "handyman" because this is not someone who does this as a side-gig. He knows what he is doing and is well versed in all aspects of home repair. I had been looking for about 2 weeks to get someone over to give me a quote. One company with a snazzy website actually wanted to charge me for a quote - imagine that. Ken came over when he said he would and looked at the jobs we needed help with. His quote was totally acceptable and he was able to get going relatively quickly. Here's the best part: he showed up at the appointed day and time which is quite the feat in Lynchburg. He and his son knocked out the jobs on schedule and on budget and he was super flexible with me tossing in some last minute additions to the list. He fixed everything beautifully and was just a great guy to chat with while he was working. For reference: He repaired dry rotted boards on my deck, stained the deck, painted an extremely high ceiling stairwell, repaired vaulted ceiling drywall tape and did a small roof repair. I highly recommend Ken and his company for any repair work you need.
