She was friendly, hospitable, pleasant and very helpful! She honored my request for a 1st floor room, which was very clean and tidy! On my last night, I needed to wash my laundry, but didn't have any detergent. Ms. Trinity gladly provided a little of hers without hesitation and reimbursement, which saved a trip into town. I used to manage a motel and know how important the guests are. You, as a manager, does everything they can so the guests can have a nice stay and come back. 1. Front desk person Failed to ask how many were in my party. Instead I got a suspicious look, then asked. Not a big deal, considering where I am. 2. Front desk person told me that in the morning there is juice and a muffin and there is also coffee codiments. Covid, I get it. What she failed to tell me is that the lobby is closed in the morning and will be locked. So, no condiments for my coffee and no juice. I am used to better service. 3. Leave instructions on the phone or at least tell your desk person how it works. Yes, you dial 9... but then you dial 1 then the area code and number. I have been to plenty of motels and used the phone. I called the front desk just to see maybe there is something more, that maybe I'm forgetting Hmmm... no. It's okay, I figured it out. :) Motels are for Guests. I travel a lot. I've manage a motel. This one is not being done right. I suggest new management, better informed employees. Really, that's it. The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable. Loved it, slept well.

We were threatened with bodily harm three times when we went to the manager about noise and car damage from repairs to the motel. Then we were asked to leave after he threatened to hit my fiance three times and he chased us off the property just because I complained about the renovation that was going on above us that we were not warned about and he was damaging our car. I had to call the police and i was told to call the ADA because I am in a wheelchair.

I called them the next morning to let them know what had happened and their cold response was unbelievable. We signed the contract for a week and there was nothing they could do about it. The real kicker was when they put the property back up for rent and rented it for the last three days, that we`d already paid for.
