They told me I was next, and said to pull to the side, just leave enough room for the other car to pull out. apparently I pulled too far, and the guy came out to scold me, and told me now i have to go to the back of the line ...as punishment I guess? I went in to ask what was going on, and told me I wasn't supposed to pull that far up and acted like I should know - I told them they would have to tell me that for me to know, and they got an attitude with me, and said 'well we don't have to do it then bro' And of course I am not having them 'do it bro' I let it go when they quoted me more than 2x the going rate for my car repair , but man, what jerks. I hope they go out of business. ps - you treated me like crap 22 years ago - never forgot it

He said they're really nice people, and they've done repairs on the car. And they also work on his other car. So I made an appointment and went in this morning. I believe the mans name is TOM or TIM. He was very rude. He asked for the name of the person I got the car from... I told him , and he immediately said that name doesn't sound familiar. He asked why I was there.. even though I explained everything to him on the phone. His attitude was so different in person.. it was crazy. His very rude!. I told him I'm not sure what really wrong with the car.. I know I have a gasket leak,I need new brake pads, and I believe I need new shocks. I can feel every bump on the road. He told me "if my shocks was out my wheel would come off." I told him I understand that.. that's why I'm here..... to prevent anything from happening to the car. He had a really bad attitude, and said "I don't want to know what you think is wrong with the car.. I want to know whats wrong with the car." I told him once again I'm not really sure.. that's why I'm bringing it to the auto repair shop. He finally looked up the name of the person that sold me the car.. He was a customer in 2019. Super long story short... TOM or TIM (the small grumpy man in the little office) never looked at my car.. never touched it. But was able to tell me I have a ran down piece of junk. Soooo I'm honestly guessing you must have white skin in order to be helped!. I don't understand why he would want me to wait until my car is broken.. and then try and fix it. **I've been told all my life I sound "very proper" on the phone.. I'm guessing he thought I was a different race. Because he was sooo nice on the phone.. but in person he was a rude little man. WARNING***MUST have white skin to be serviced!!!****

Bill White's C.A.R. Hospital is the only repair shop I ever want to go to...ever! And, I am an…read moreuptight freak about car repair: terrified of unanticipated problems and high repair costs. I've used Bill White's C.A.R. Hospital several times this summer. My car is fun to drive, but at 15 years old, it always needs something. My greatest concern is an unanticipated breakdown, and that's exactly what happened the first time I visited the C.A.R. Hospital. Usually, there's a clear view from the shop area to the waiting area/service desk--where I anxiously crane my neck to see where my car sits in the line of work. Usually, the waiting area is cramped and unclean, a place for stale coffee and man-picked TV. Usually, I find myself on the receiving end of vague terms with hens-and-haws, until I prove my cursory understanding of a fuel combustion engine and the ABS system. Here's what it's like at Bill White's: complementary beverages if you need to wait; free local pick-up and drop-off when requested; always friendly and polite service counter assistance by Rachel, Joy, and Bill; absolutely clear communication about diagnosis of problem and solution to problem, clear communication about the reasonable price of service or repair, and clear communication about exactly when work will be completed; lastly, there's a thank you card or coupon in the mail--real savings, not just some stupid systems-check, on something a car really needs. Did I mention that I'm an uptight freak about car repair?! If Bill White's C.A.R. Hospital can make a vehicle repair neurotic like me happy, I'm certain everyone should choose this business.

Called and made an appointment, for the free oil change. I liked this place a lot, the people are nice and greet you the moment you walk in. The entire process was simple, and the oil change was free just as advertised, no haggling or red tape at all. They got my info and keys, and the oil change was done in about 15-20 mins. I waited in their waiting area (which I noticed other local shops that I have been to don't have). Once the oil change was complete, they highlighted that I may need breaks soon, and I was on my way. The great thing was they did not pressure me on getting my breaks fixed "as soon as possible" like most places and even told me how much they would cost and how much break life I had remaining percent wise. I enjoyed my experience at V&R, and recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area that needs car service. I will definitely be going back for any future car needs.

In the Jeep Grand Cherokee's, the battery is under the passenger seat. I probably should've went somewhere else considering I had taken my car there on three separate occasions for engine misfiring before and they supposedly fixed it. Well, on this occasion, for them to fix the battery, they had to diagnose the engine to make sure it was the battery. Long story short, when I got home, my radiator was leaking. I told Rocky that I had no issue with my radiator or anything leaking with my engine. He said that I probably hit something on the way home, which was total BS. Again, long story short, after another thousand dollars of spending money there what was I supposed to do? I needed a car. So now fast-forward three years later...they had replaced windshield wipers on my vehicle before this incident while I had it in for an oil change. Well now yesterday, I went to get new Windshield wipers and as my buddy was replacing them, he tells me that the windshield wiper on the passenger side was super glued on!!! Could you freaking believe this???? I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Rocky seems like a nice guy, but he doesn't watch what his employers are doing in the shop. They rip you off and he's not willing to back up anything that they do there. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want more and more repair bills! The mechanics need to be supervised!!!
