I've had two different cars in for repairs and winter tire installation. Schierl Tire's labor…read morerates are pretty much inline for the high quality of work and service and for the area. They get you in for your appointment on time and don't waste time getting it done. They try to find the best deal for you on tires and wheels. Recently during a tire installation a wheel bearing was discovered to be loose. Schierl had the ability to change it so I authorized the work. There were more complications but the mechanics stuck with the job to get me on my way as soon as possible. Kimberley happily gave me a ride to and from my house when the work time became extended allowing me to keep another appointment. Nice to know there are still businesses that remember customer service. Service above and beyond the norm.

They called us, called the nearest Toyota dealer, called and researched our oil issue. They told us it was a known issue and therefore would probably be covered. When pulling into Abbotsford, a leafspring on the snowmobile trailer snapped. Long story short after a few phone calls, these two were like lifesavers. Including Sue driving to meet us at Kwik Trip to bring a jack for the trailer so we could get the tire off so we could limp it to their garage. At which point, Kevin put all of his other work to the side, moving stuff around to fit our trailer in his garage so he could work on it immediately. We had to drive to Wausau for the right parts, but this outcome was better than we could have imagined. Truly thankful for good people on this earth!

On Friday 6/12/2015, I headed up to the twin cities, MN from Appleton, WI...... I realized i needed…read moreto get an oil change so this was the most convenient and logical place to go to. So a week goes by after my oil change and i started noticing a oil leak dripping from the bottom of my vehicle. You can clearly see wet oil spots when the vehicle has moved away from being stationary. I took note of this oil leak seriously so i took it to my mechanic to take a look at it. From my mechanic's point of view, he noticed a leak coming from the oil drain plug and noticed that the drain plug was stripped from over tightening it. My mechanic suggested i go back to the shop that did my oil change and have them correct it. Today (6/23/2015) i finally got a chance to take a trip back to Wausau to have them take a look at it. As I pulled in, I didn't have to wait long before they got me in. I explained to them about the oil leak and they took it seriously and looked into it. As they went to work, they also noticed what my mechanic had pointed it out. They took care of me and got me a new drain plug plus a free oil change. I'm happy that they took me seriously and made sure I was taken care of. They live up to their expectations. I would go back to them and recommend them for future service.
