They over-book shifts so that 14 people think they are starting a job when only 5 will be accepted. They suck at getting direct deposit to start, last time it took 8 weeks. Recently I had two friends apply there at the same time as me, we were looking to work the same shift and carpool together. We got the same shift and confirmed our jobs 5 days after the interview. The day we were supposed to start smx called and told the 2 others their backround checks weren't in and they had to wait another week to start. The next week my shift wasn't available.

SMX did not pay us and told us that it was only for AMAZON employees regardless of what the California law is. I agree with Aaron, they are not very efficient when it comes to getting direct deposit on time, and fixing the time cards. I still have not gotten paid for the hours I worked after giving them my time card correction. I am very dissatisfied with SMX and they are putting themselves at risk for a lawsuit.

I drive to them from Blue Ash. I have family who drives to them from Batavia. It's well worth the trip! You won't find a better experience for computer repair. They are honest and up front. They won't recommend anything you don't need. They had my laptop for almost 2 weeks cleaning out viruses and other issues. I was worried to death what kind of repair bill I'd have. I couldn't believe the price I paid. I would never consider taking my computers anywhere else. Instead of going on and on gushing, I'll shut up now and hope that you find out for yourself how good these guys are.
