I had to call a plumber out for something so I chose "new life septic and plumbing " because I know the owners Tim lawson and Tess. So I called them and they came out Friday June 10th 2026 Tim and 2 other guys came out while here Tim used very foul language talking to his employees cussing and saying GD but we just ignored it he snaked the piping and then unhooked a hose That did not need to be unhooked and he could not get it back on and he made the statement I wish i would have never taken the hose off now but to late well he could not get it back on so instead of fixing it he said we'll you dont need hot water here anyway so just cut it off so he did and he got paid and left . We'll i walked into the laundry Saturday morning and water was all in the floor and dripping from thw hose he left untightened because he couldn't get it back on so I called him and he said " im mowing my yard and I got a bunch to do at my own house just turn the cold water off to it to and ill get someone out Monday." I really didn't wanna leave my floor wet and it u fixed but me being nice I said ok . So I turned cold water off to it. So now mo day at 11am he sent out 2 employees without calling they just showed up im glad I was home since no time was given Respectfully well they proceed to fix it and im talking to the guys and I tell them that I reached out to Tim Saturday but he said he was to busy to come but if it was his house im sure he wouldn't have done that.Well the 2 guys got done and left i get a phone call about 1 hr later from Tim Lawson screaming to the top of his lungs at me he is acting iratically and say GD over and Over and lots of other cuss words calling me the B word and says he will come here and beat my GD a**. I told him I was going to call the law and he said he did not give a F call them. I hung up on him from getting cussed screamed and threatened and was crying and shaking from being talked to so bad all because the 2 guys told him I said I called him Saturday and he wouldn't come out and he wouldn't do that if it was his house. He called from the business phone the first time the 10 minutes go by and he calls from his cell and starts going off screaming and cussing again. I tell him again im calling the law so I did. I called the sheriff's department and told them what happened and they took further action. I did not press charge yet as I should for the threats but this man is insane and does not act business like at all. The sheriff's were familiar with him and said he is a felon and has done several years in prison. He is definitely not the person I thought he was and I will no longer support his business and ask that you be careful before contacting him also I dont wanna see anyone go through being treated like I was today he behaved like a psychopath maniac. He better not ever step foot here on my property ever again. I hate drama and wish this would have never happened but it did and now I want to warn people. Also my lil son had to hear and witness this crazy behavior when he called and heard the cussing while in my home and so did my father. Please take this as a warning never to use New life septic and plumbing company owned by Tim and and Tess Lawson.
