Great food, drinks, and atmosphere!…read more We got the Knuckle Nachos and 8 Oz Unbreaded Steak Tips and Coleslaw. Both were delicious. The portions were a bit smaller than we anticipated given the prices. We also got a Mango Cart and Huckleberry Sour on tap. The Mango Cart tasted splendid. The Huckleberry Sour tasted okay. Overall, food and drinks were ready at a normal time. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

This was always one of our favorite stops on the way to Deadwood - this past weekend our group of…read moreFamily and Friends stopped. This place is not what it used to be... the service was horrible, the food even worse. We ordered a few drinks and waters, the drinks came but we had to ask twice for the waters - she finally brought them - we all ordered meals that came with salads -- our meals arrived and we had not yet received our salads - it was brought to the waitresses attention -she laughed and said - "OH, MY BAD" - our meals came, the toast was missing from several plates, I had ordered the Steak and Grilled Shrimp - about 10 minutes after I ordered the waitress told me that they didn't have any grilled shrimp - just fried, so I said to just skip the shrimp, I did order my steak Medium Rare - when the steak arrived you could see the quality of the steak was horrible, the steak did not look done at all - I felt the center with my finger - it was Ice Cold - I cut into the steak and the blood just ran out - it was ice cold -- VERY RARE in the center... I sent it back - she brought me some Beef Tips .... There were a number of other meals in our group that were also not good, at this point it was not worth mentioning to the waitress about it - she really didn't care. The Manager came over and said that she was made aware of some issues, she said she would remove the drinks from the bill.. (Most of us had water) We received the bill - the large tip was automatically added on, my son went up to the bar to talk to someone about the tip - he wanted it adjusted, we did not receive great service or food.. they told him they could not adjust it, he asked about the poor service and the meals that had issues, they would not do any type of adjustment to the large tip the automatically calculated and added on to our bill.... Sorry, we will not be back and NOT RECCOMMEND this place to anyone......

Yes i'm leaving ANOTHER review...... but this one is even better…read more Sadly I can't have dairy or gluten :/ so I got the chicken cashew salad--and OH MY GOODNESS. Let's just say it was worth every penny (except someone else paid for me, so bless their heart.) Our server was FANTASTIC-- super nice. There was a big group of us and they cared for us wonderfully. It was really enjoyable. My husband got the steak sirloin with french fries--and omgoodness their french fries are everything Love love love!!! Not in our budget though..... so we will probably not be back for a long time.

To start we ate the most delicious and tender calamari. We ordered the Senior Prine rib dinner and…read moreadded the wedge salad for an extra $5.99. The prime rib didn't look as how we expected, very lean but it was surprisingly tasty. Our waitress said the potato soup was good and so we chose that. It was nice with chunks of potatoes with a deep cheddar flavor. The wedge salad was half a head of iceberg lettuce cut in half. It was so huge that I needed to use two plates to cut up the lettuce and toss it wth all the toppings. It was quite delicious and fillings. We also ordered a Rib Eye dinner which tasted really good. To end our meal we ordered the Sky High mud Pie to share. It had delicious coffee ice cream covered in whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate and maybe it was caramel syrup and a lot of chopped peanuts around the edge of the plate. It was really delicious but now that I think about it I think if it were toasted almonds instead of peanuts it could of been tastier to me. Our waitress was so wonderful, funny and attentive. She was good and honest about recommendations and wanted to know what we thought about the calamari because she gets mixed reviews. The restaurant is open to 10 which makes it great for those on roadtrips and want to stop at and have a nice sit down dinner. We arrived around 8:30 and the restaurant was still busy.
