Dr. Noguera was very thorough and filled me in step by step what she was doing with my tooth, which is greatly appreciated for someone who doesn't like surprises. She also did not charge me for a $300 X-ray which she easily could have done. The procedure was a bit pricey as my insurance did not cover it all but not charging me for the X-ray really helped me, and I am very appreciative of that. Also, her staff was always very friendly and courteous. As far as endodontists go, she and her staff are top quality and you truly get what you pay for! All the Best, Cameron

From the moment I checked in to my first appointment I was greeted with the utmost of professionalism from every staff member. To my surprise, Dr. Ross himself came out to greet me. I'm used to doctors and dentists seeing me for 5-6 minutes halfway through my appointment, throwing medical jargon at me, and telling me they'll see me in a few months. This was the opposite experience. Dr. Ross sat me down and asked comprehensive questions about my dental experience, if I had any points I wanted to touch on, and his philosophy of care. His friendly demeanor and humor put me at ease during what has been such a stressful experience in the past. I commented about the financial burden I'm experiencing and he made it a point at each interaction to ensure I would get a proper quote before moving further. The x ray technician and hygienist were kind, thorough, and made the cleaning as painless as possible. When it came time for recommendations that put my past what insurance would cover, Dr. Ross came back to see me multiple times as I weighed my decisions. I have never had a dentist office treat me with such compassion and care, and I will absolutely be telling my friends and coworkers about this experience.

I have had the good fortune of being Dr. Patrón's patient since the fall of 2020. This review lays…read moreout Dr. Patrón's meticulous and masterful skill, the efficient and pleasant communication of the entire staff. Finally, I will mention the overall atmosphere of the office, which is very important for anyone who is anxious about extensive dental work. On my first visit for the procedure, Dr. Patrón and his assistant made me feel very comfortable. On a side note regarding those worried about Covid, the office is absolutely pristine. I had no apprehension going during Covid (for measure: my mindset is to quarantine apart from doctor and dental care.) Dr. Patrón removed my root and it was a very clean and thorough extraction. I felt no pain because of the numbness, but I could feel my entire root come out in it's entirety- after which I was sewn up and sent home with ibuprofen and a little soreness. Dr. Patrón called later that evening to see how I was feeling. This kind of care speaks to the ethos of his approach to his craft, coupled with the care of his patients. I can only say that I felt safe, and remain as such as I am asked to come in for frequent check ins to ensure proper healing. I'm so very grateful for that kind of care. In regards to the staff, are not only incredibly friendly, there is an efficiency in minding patients' schedules, as well as explaining any questions about insurance and further treatment. For an office to run well, the staff who are the first to communicate with patients must know what and how needs to be understood. I am delighted to be a patient in an office that upholds with such a strong and seamless communication to avoid any confusion. The staff also play an integral role of quelling anxious patients, so their kindness and professionalism really helped in trusting that I was in good hands, even before meeting with Dr. Patron. On a final note, the office feels like a clean mini museum, with friendly and talented people. The rooms have different colors which is very unique and an extra care consideration, as color therapy in the exam rooms can quell a nervous patient. Without hesitation, Dr. Patron is an amazing Periodontist, and the lovely staff is an invaluable part of what makes his office run very well. I feel cared about and that I am in excellent hands. I highly recommend Dr. Patron, and hope that my experience by way of this review has clarified that an often terrifying procedure can be a just another Tuesday morning with a side of light soreness, and a healthy dose comprehensive and follow up care. But then COVID-19 happened so I had to push back my filling appointment. Fast forward a few months later, I got the worst pain in my life on this tooth. It was so bad I even felt it in my ear and my neck. I called my regular dentist's office and they were all closed because of the COVID situation! Noone answered my call at the office so I started crying my eyes out. One of my friends then suggested that I go to Dominion Endodontics, and thankfully they were open to see emergencies during this crisis. Everyone I met, from the front desk lady, Judith, who answered my call and made my appointment, to the assistants, and most of all, my doctor, Dr. Guerrero, were so courteous, so professional, and so willing to help me alleviate this disastrous pain! Dr. Guerrero was able to finish this root canal in 1 visit for me. He looked like a hefty guy, but his fingers were delicate like a butterfly. I even fell asleep during my root canal. Dr. Guerrero also recommended that I took a CT scan, which is one of the coolest things I have ever seen! They don't have those in every office, so I think it is great that this office was able to have one of their own. After the procedure, I felt no pain at all, and my tooth ache and headache were both gone! Dr. Guerrero even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing okay, which I really appreciated, because most doctors are too busy to do that on their own or just straight up don't care. Anyways, I definitely recommend this place and all the staff to anyone who needs a root canal. Word of advice - root canals aren't so bad, if you come here.
