On my first visit he promptly replaced a crown that had popped off with excellent results and that which my previous dentist recommended extracting the tooth and inserting an implant on the same day for the sum of $4,000. He even cleaned my teeth with absolutely zero pain and in half the time it normally requires. I am happy to have found this practice and recommend it to anyone in need of dental work. Vito B.

The clerical staff are extremely helpful in sorting out the insurance, determining the best plan of action and timing of appointments. And everyone is cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend Hamilton Dental.

It turns out the first set was *supposed* to be accurate (which it was a million miles away from). She had a small amount of large, cute, adorable teeth. What they gave us have many, many, tiny teeth. We assumed that when we got the second pair, those would be made off of the expensive molds - because obviously these weren't. These look like they came out of a 25 cent costume teeth vending machine. They've already destroyed the molds we paid hundreds and hundreds to have made. To make things more wrong, the visits my wife made to get them to (hopefully) remedy their bad work, we were charged for. Now after we've gathered photos from friends and family - we are 100% convinced they gave her the wrong set. It has been a while since they were first made, they did a bit of victim-blaming there - my wife has been in and out of the hospital a lot since the dental procedure. We've been spending these last weeks assessing all of the harm done by having gone to Hamilton Dental Group, collecting photos, bills, etc. She lost a lot of blood after the surgery, in part because the dentures were supposed to serve as a sort of bandage after surgery. Having ones that didn't remotely fit contributed to her bleeding out and being in the hospital for transfusions a while. She is still working her way up to normal since then. Anyway - we're well-over $13,000 in. All we got out of it was a lot of fear, pain, hospital time and after all this time my wife's health is still suffering as a result of having nothing to eat with. Sick they charged her for attempted fixes, worse they have even offered a refund. They have done a hundred times that in harm so far.

He…read morehas put out extremely professional and top notch dentistry and I have seen his work is in very good condition 30+ years later. If he was out to ensure future work he would not do the quality work he has done since he would put himself out of business. The information given in the previous review is completely without warrant. This person is without complete knowledge of dental procedure and the condition of her own oral health as is her "UNCLE DENTIST"!! I am a hygienist of 35 years and have worked for many dentists from general dentists, periodontists and pedodontists so I am well aware of all situations of cleaning teeth as well as "the cavitron". I use it on a regular basis on healthy enamel and decayed enamel. What she describes is impossible even when used recklessly. The cavitron is an ultrasonic scaler that helps break calculus deposits down, clean out debris and plaque and irrigate deep pockets. The spinny device is known as a prophylactic cup that strictly polishes. It does nothing at all like a "drill" does. It polishes teeth. The fact that she was sensitive to it may be indicative of tooth decay, recession or any other possibilities. Did she discuss this with Dr. Malnofski or was she quick to blame?!! "Years later"...hmm? Only 1 year later... she claims she now has cavities on the "top of her teeth"...a cavitron is used along the gum line mostly and sounds like that was the case...and now because of that she needs to have a tooth extracted?? Has never happened in my career of 35 years! Her uncle is a dentist and says a tool was used to cause damage?? Maybe it was her own own toothbrush or lack thereof? You want to file a law suit?? Maybe all she claims lacks the evidence to back it up (where is the lawsuit??) except she wants to blame her bad home care and maintenance on someone else. Maybe she just needs to step closer to the toothbrush to solve her future dental problems and quit blaming it on someone else!! Brush and floss your teeth and get them checked on a regular 6 month basis as is protocol and she won't find herself having to have teeth extracted and blaming it on an "ultrasonic scaler"! Take responsibility for you own oral care!!

I was referred to his practice by a work colleague who, like me, was plagued with dental problems. After a comprehensive exam I sadly needed a lot of work done. I had been in the Army for 7 years and I think they had a little too much fun experimenting in my mouth. Every single thing that the military had done needed re-done. Fillings were cracked, loose, and I had been given two root canals yet was not given crowns. It sucked. Dr. Deister, who also happens to be an Army veteran, came up with a treatment and more importantly a payment plan so I could get my teeth fixed. I am extremely satisfied with all the work he did to include saving 2 teeth that had broken to my jaw bone that another dentist told me was impossible. His staff was always happy and helpful including the office manager who handled my monthly payments. It is worth noting this is what I would call a "Christian practice". They don't preach or pray over you, but there is religious stuff lying around and I overheard several prayers being said with other patients. The building didn't burn down when I entered, and I was never made to feel uneasy because Jesus is not my homeboy but its something to be mindful of if you choose to come here. peace, love, and good booze ~ chase

Since my dentist is closed on Fridays, I searched online for nearby dentists and came across Dr. Crutchfield's practice, which had an impressive 5.0 Google rating with over 200 reviews. Within 20 minutes, I left with peace of mind, assured that my discomfort was just a normal part of wisdom tooth recovery. As a service based business owner, I know how rare this level of responsiveness is. I wasn't an established patient, and they had no obligation to see me, yet they made it happen. I had called four other offices before Crutchfield, all of which couldn't accommodate me until the following week. Exceptional service, Crutchfield Dental Group--five stars all the way!

For the past three days, our son has been in pain. He had a loose baby tooth that was not coming out and had begun to hurt terribly. It was so bad he was missing school. By the third day we called and asked Dr Crutchfield to take a look at it. Previously, he needed surgery for teeth that had not come out naturally. After explaining the situation to the receptionist (who was yawning throughout) we eagerly awaited a call back. Later the receptionist called back and told us "baby teeth can be uncomfortable, give him Tylenol." I was aghast at the lack of concern. Convinced the doctor had not been told the entire story, I called back and asked to speak with her. The doctor took the call and explained, in a bored tone, that my son was fine. I tried explaining the pain he was in, but she would not be moved. She flat out refused to look at him. We got an emergency visit at another dentist. The saw the pain he was in and quickly removed the offending tooth. They also found two cavities missed at the previous appointment. Maybe they were both suddenly new? Either way, we will not return.
