So perfect. And in it, they put chickpeas. Chickpeas, because central Mexico has received its share of immigration from the Arab world. I knew food from the state of Pueblo has an Arab influence, but now, Barbacoa Hidalguense has shown me that this exists also in Hidalgo. Next time I'll order more food.
