Oh my god, this place has some of the most juicy fried chicken I've ever had! The chicken…read morecroquettes were also to die for, amazingly juicy but still excellently crispy on the outside. Just ten out of ten experience, try to make a reservation if you have a larger group than 3, otherwise mostly okay to walk in.

Excellent chicken. Stopped in on a Saturday night and…read moremanaged to snag one of their outside tables. Our waitress was over shortly thereafter and took a drink order. When she returned we ordered our food. We started with chicken croquettes, as she told us they were made in house. Having had them the night before at a different place, we were a little hesitant ('cause they were flavourless), but here they were deliscious. You could taste the chicken and other flavour combinations. I ordered the Chicken with 2 sauces (a curry and mole sauce). It also came with roasted potatoes. The chicken was cooked to perfection..moist and succulent. The potatoes were perfectly roasted. The mole sauce was a tad bland however the curry sauce was phenomenal. My dining companion ordered the curry chicken. It came smothered in the same curry sauce that I had on the side. He loved it and ate every piece of chicken he could pluck off the bone. His had no side (no potatoes) but he said he didn't need anything as the chicken was so big. Service was attentive throughout our meal and both waitresses, while struggling with English, were polite and entertaining. It was our 3rd dinner while in Barcelona and we both agreed it's been one of the best this far. Highly recommend.

Yum! Came for dinner late on a weeknight and had a Groupon deal that included chicken, sides and a…read moredessert for two people. We got the "spicy" African style chicken, rice and potatoes. Dessert was some sort of "pudding" and we also ordered a milkshake. If/when you come here, be decently hungry. The portions are generous and filling. Everything was delicious, though I really would rate the spicy sauce as mild. It was flavorful though! Everything was seasoned nicely and I recommend also dipping your potatoes in the other spicy sauce they have bottled on the table. The pudding we had reminded my dining companion of some sort of British pudding from his childhood. To me as an American, I would describe it more as a cast iron cake soaked in some delightfully sweet (but not too sweet!) custard. It was excellent. The milkshake was fantastic. Nothing really blew me away, but everything was delicious and very satisfying. The space is very casual and pretty small. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. It was refreshing to be served by someone who clearly had a love for the food and the establishment.

I tried the Caribbean chicken, and asked for a sample of the extra spicy African sauce. I'm not sure if my heretofore high tolerance for spice has been dulled after 6 years living in Barcelona, but that sauce was MUY PICANTE!! I'm not even sure if I can handle the African chicken that comes automatically with the extra picante sauce. But since I'm not one to back down from a challenge, I'll be ordering it next time. At under 15 euros for the chicken, it's still relatively cheap considering the quality, but that's without any sides. They give you a frequent customer punch card - the 10th chicken is free. If I ever eat at the restaurant, I'll amend my review.
