Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. The seats are badly worn out and uncomfortable. Many of them feel collapsed and overdue for replacement. The theaters themselves were dirty overall, and the cup holders looked like they haven't been properly cleaned in ages. The bathrooms were the worst part of the experience. The smell of sewage was overwhelming, and the cleanliness was honestly unacceptable for a public entertainment venue. I'm genuinely surprised the Edmond or Oklahoma health department hasn't stepped in to address the condition of the restrooms. It's frustrating because this place used to set the standard locally. Now it feels neglected and run down. Edmond deserves better.

The winery itself is charming, with beautiful vineyard views that give California and French vibes right in Edmond. The wine tasting experience was excellent. The wine flights, wine slushies, and mimosas are all worth trying, and the appetizers were fantastic alongside the wines. I also found the prices to be very reasonable. The atmosphere was delightful, and you can tell it is a family-run winery with a real passion for quality. The vineyard is well maintained, and the setting is both welcoming and picturesque. It is no surprise that Clauren Ridge is also a popular spot for weddings and other events. Our group spent time out on the veranda and patio, which made the celebration feel even more special. To top it off, my cousin was proposed to at the end of the party and got engaged. The whole experience was beautiful, and I am grateful to Clauren Ridge for providing such a memorable backdrop. There is so much history in that area and I'm glad that there are plenty of signs/placards in front of historic buildings around town that tell you its story. I really appreciated all of the detail and stories that the historical fund/society put into all of the informational signs. It's fun to look around town from the first State Capital building and see that each building was built in the late 1800s or the early 1900s. It feels like everything around you takes you back in time. I love those experiences. They also offer a trolley ride for a reasonable price which I believe shuttles you around town. The trolley is really neat but I didn't get a chance to take it but saw others enjoying their ride on it. I highly recommend that you take some time to visit and walk around the old parts of a historic town that's been beautifully preserved l and restored.

Fun! These courses were designed by the same folks as Cimarron National (just down the street,…read moreopposite side of the road), so no sand traps, but plenty of water comes into play. We played Augusta - fun course, average hole lengths, busy, but not busy enough to slow your play. Their clubhouse isn't as big/nice as Cimarron's (price is the same), but it was still a refreshing change of scenery. I will probably stick with Cimarron for Guthrie golfing, but would still recommend Augusta! Just make sure to bring an extra sleeve of balls :)
