You could say I found my wedding photographers before I found my husband. Over the years, I've worked with them numerous times over the years. Ben & Erin photographed my engagement session in Scottsdale, AZ. Then they photographed our wedding weekend in Lake Como, Italy. Every photo they took from our trip in Italy is my most prized possession! It was like having friends photograph the first most important day of my life. My pictures are emotional, sentimental, and vibrant. While I was living in the moment at my wedding, they were documenting moments I didn't even see happening. Today, I cherish the variety of pictures they captured of my Mom and me at my wedding, her happiest of times and now, all I have left to remember her. She loved Ben & Erin because they are not just friendly people, they are intelligent, fun to be around, adventurous and kind hearted people. Above all, they are the most communicative and creative photographers I have ever met. They always superpass my expectations. Next month, we will hire them to photograph our business headshots in Charleston, SC. I trust them to make me look good and capture my best looking self (maybe even better than myself). They know the right thing to do in every moment. I wouldn't just recommend them, I'd tell you to hire them before they book up.

Seeing our photos was amazing- the happiness and pure emotion that was captured was astounding. We will cherish our prints for a lifetime. Everyone that sees the photographs is absolutely blown away. We hadn't had a family photo taken in quite some time, so spur of the moment I tried to find a photographer for a Charleston photo shoot. The minute I saw Melissa's examples on her website, I knew she was the one I wanted to use. Due to my son's military schedule, we had to do some juggling to find a date and time that worked, but she was super accommodating. We wanted a "Charleston" backdrop, so we met at White Point gardens, took many photos there, as well as throughout downtown Charleston, and along the seawall at the battery. Melissa was great to work with, and made you feel immediately at ease. She had a lot of great suggestions, and really worked hard to get us a variety of photos so we'd have many to choose from. I also really liked that we would be given access to all the photos that she took, and weren't locked into a specific set amount. We are thrilled with the results, and would highly recommend her! Don't hesitate to give her a call, you won't be disappointed!!

We were looking for a photographer that didn't really take posed shots but would just work our event and take pictures in the moment ( candid photos ). Her photos are unique and tell a story and she was so nice that people thought we had been friends for years. Megan used to be a resident of Key West and will do events in Key West and Fairfield, CT where she currently lives. FYI - Steve Torrence was our officiant and can be found in Key West as well. Megan and Steve have been doing wedding together for years and this really helps because they work great together.

Meghan offered to doctor some of the photos and wowed us with her ability to make parked cars and signs disappear. Meghan quickly put us at ease during the engagement shoot. Her friendly nature served to eliminate much of the potential awkwardness associated with holding long kiss poses in front of a stranger. The engagement shoot served as a great way to build rapport with her before the wedding day. On the wedding day Meghan was punctual, efficient, and effective. She did a great job managing the family and wedding party portraits following the ceremony and even gained us some time on our schedule. During the ceremony and reception, she was autonomous and captured great photos of us, our families, and friends. Meghan delivered a whopping 1400+ photos eight weeks after the wedding. She provided a link to the photo gallery for us to share with loved ones along with a downloadable directory of the uncompressed files. Her true colors came out when we requested to cancel the date we booked with her due to an emergency. Due to my health, we wouldn't be able to make our date and we informed leeann that we would have to cancel. She informed us that we wouldn't be getting our deposit back but she would be able to reschedule. Normally, I understand about rescheduling but we are in Chicago and the time frame for us to actually go to Charleston was uncertain. In her contract, she states that she will reschedule, "due to severe weather." Beyond this, her "contract" says there is no refund policy but leads to believe its only for weather. The contract is very vague and misleading. If you schedule with her, be sure to ask questions about what "no refunds" truly cover if other situations should occur.

He's the best photographer in Charleston and probably even the country... or world. I'm not even being sarcastic when I say that - he's THAT good! I loved every second of our time together - from the Facetime chats we would have before the wedding to arranging my beautiful wedding album. First of all, I'm sure you have seen how incredibly talented he is. His work is truly the best of the best and he will give the most gorgeous photos. My wedding photos are so beautiful that they've actually brought me to tears. I love and cherish them so much. Then there is Philip as a person. He's just so amazing in every way. He's fun, professional, hilarious, and extremely kind. Even though the wedding is over, I still love talking to Philip whenever I get the chance. How many people consider their wedding photographer a friend after the fact? It's pretty awesome! One story I'll never forget - On the actual wedding day, my hair and makeup took too long and I was over an hour late getting to my First Look. My anxiety level was at all time high. Then, my dad who was supposed to drive me to the location decided to "go for a drive" and was no where to be found (seriously Dad?!). I thought I was going to break down in tears, but Philip had my back! He cleared out his car and I jumped in and he drove me to the First Look. On the way there, he helped me see the humor in the situation and my anxiety melted away. I went from feeling completely crushed to laughing in just minutes. He just has that effect on people. And trust me - when it's your wedding day, those are the types of people that make all the difference. It's so true that your wedding photographer is the most important decision you will make about your wedding. Don't hesitate - book Philip now! I'm 100% positive that you will have zero (and I mean ZERO) regrets. I wish I could do it all over again.

Then we had the actual shoot and it could not have turned out better. Ron is experienced in directing his subjects and has creative direction -- which is really appreciated.
