Around every corner was something for my eyes to behold. Here you'll find some lovely party napkins, a bauble that sparkles, the perfect card for a friend or a fantastic piece of decor for the season. She had no idea what she was doing, but we dealt with it and ordered rings the following day over the phone after discussing with her. She misquoted me twice on the phone before getting the pricing correct as well. She originally told me August 31st for delivery. We are now 2 weeks later and neither of us have our rings, and I'm leaving on Wednesday for our wedding. My partner's ring was shipped incorrectly, and my ring was the wrong size. in *addition* to this, when I called and told them we just want a refund, they refused. Olivia was extremely condescending and rude. All of this to say, I've never experienced such horrifically bad customer service from a jeweler or complete lack of professionalism. I would never in a million years buy from these people or trust them with rings.
