I found a couple of darling things for good prices that I'm very excited for, and I was very pleasantly surprised to see several staff members roaming the store, with one kind woman offering to hold our items up front while we shop! Everything I said about this place in my previous review, still rings true but they do have a lot of clothing that older women find appealing. So we found a beautiful smock blouse, long and floaty in a nice bright red and we brought it up to the counter. It was $160 plus with tax and all the girl did was wad up in a ball and stuff in a bag , but she even had to ask if we wanted a bag. Really these people don't care about what they're selling behind the counter I was appalled Do we want a bag? Did you think we were gonna wear it out? And what of the merchants there wouldn't they appreciate having their stock treated a little bit better with a little bit more respect.?

Frankly I was awed by how beautiful the area was and the attention to detail in the surrounding architecture. Gift is located right in the center of it and shares the space with a nail salon. I find it very unlikely that both registers truly had no paper. If you can't provide proof of purchase, maybe you should close the store instead of selling merchandise and refusing to refund. I have tried contacting the store multiple times with no response. Rally House, needs to put more focus on valuing their customers instead of focusing on email captures!

They sat in the heat for a couple of hours before anyone was able to get them off the porch. I called and they apologized and sent a new arrangement out, however, it was just disappointing. The roses looked to be thrown in and not arranged, they were all different heights, but not in a good way. I had to take the better flowers of the 2 arrangements and arrange them myself. It was so thoughtful of those who sent the flowers, I just feel that they did not get their moneys worth.
