The installers, Adam and RJ, arrived at my home on time, were courteous, respectful of some specific requests I had, and were done with the job in about an hour, which was much faster than I expected. They have some great rebates and you could save some serious $$." Sooooo I called Duke Energy and they said, "Yup, if you cross some T's and dot some I's we have some great rebates! We even have some approved contractors for you to check out." Soooo I mulled it over and crossed and dotted. Next I Googled and Yelped and Facebooked and ultimately called these fine folks. And they said, "Yup, you've done a great job crossing and dotting, so we won't make you fill out some dumb ass rebate form. We'll just take a nice rebate directly off your final bill." Yowzaa! I made an appointment for between 7:30 and 8:00 am. They showed up at 7:32 with a big trailer full of the ubiquitous pink insulation. Nice! They unrolled the firehose from hell and ran it from the trailer, up my driveway, through my house and up into my attic. They fired everything up and unleashed a pink snowstorm in my attic! An hour later it was done, and I had R38 in my attic. What the hell is R38 you ask? Do your research and you'll find out that's $$ saving great insulation. They were a crew of three and they were all friendly, competent and efficient. This Yelper highly recommends them!

My parents actually gave them a call to clean out our ducts cause it's been literally 20 years…read more It's just a couple, they were so so so nice! They speak English and Spanish they took about 5 hours for a two story house it cost about $1,200 for the deep cleaning they did. They went into every vent in the house and vacuumed it even the dryer vent. I've never been able to see into my vents till now lol. They also changed the vent filters, they said after this they can some every 6 months for maintenance which would just cost I think 300-600 depending on the work load. I do recommend tapping things over because your house will be filled with dust after.... Like a lot lol so be prepared to clean up after because obviously there's gonna be dust all over. I would recommend getting this done on a day you have nothing to do and in the morning so you have the rest of the day to clean! Over all we will be calling them for the maintenance we think it's a great price and they really were sooo kind and nice!
