You can also purchase whole fishes from other vendors, and the whole dock has a nice farmer's market on the water vibe. I had their play on fish n' chips which was shark instead of a traditional white fish, and it was 10/10! If you're wondering what shark tastes like, it's similar to fish especially since it's fried. I mostly only noticed a texture difference because the shark is denser than the typical fish used. My boyfriend got the uni dish that is served in the show-stopping urchin shell. It's like a rich butter that complimented the rest of the dish beautifully. When the spiny lobster is season, I highly recommend it, it is a MUST have.
