When we reported it, instead of taking responsibility, Brinkmann tried to charge my parents $2000.00 to repair the damage they caused. They gave me a quote, and I did trust them. They were believable. When it came time for roof job, one one was here to supervise, the drip edge was wrong size, shingles looked like crap, nails were EVERYWHERE. It was the worst process ever and I regret ever getting it replaced. My old roof that was 20 years old looked better and held up better than this was has in the last couple years. They also messed up wood siding and never repaired. THIS OWNER AND THIS COMPANY SUCKS. Do NOT put your trust or money in them.
