Adrianna was incredible! For starters, she responded quickly, and was able to fit us in the same day we reached out. It was clear from her first communication that she knew what she was doing, and that she'd be able to shepherd this estate plan project across the finish line for us.
Then, she showed up early. Amazing. That gave us time to knock out several documents before the witnesses arrived. As a small business owner myself, I truly love it when people appreciate being economical with time.
If that was all she did, Adrianna would have earned all five stars and I'd have been a happy customer. And yet, she was hilarious and bantered back and forth, and kept everyone smiling throughout an otherwise boring chore, all while keeping everything on track and making sure all the i's got dots and t's got crossed.
Long story short: she has great communication skills and attention to detail, she's flexible and solution oriented to get the job done. She made everything feel easy, and that's an invaluable skillset.
