They are friendly and will go out of their way to help you, whether it's making a recommendation for packaging or helping you track a missing package. I have a street delivery address out of our regional post office, but only use it for things that require a physical address, like government correspondence. The annual PO box rental fee is definitely worth the convenience and improved service of this local post office.
