We should have known by the empty parking lot. But we were hungry, and the Hubby was wanting Mexican food - and it's a buffet - so we went. We were there around noon on a Wednesday, There was only one other table occupied in the restaurant at the time.
Buffet had salad - Dressing was really good.
Nothing was labeled. There was something that looked like sweet and sour chicken. But it wasn't labeled, so I didn't know what it was.
There were two types of soup, but since there were no labels, I don't know what kind of soups they were. Cheese sauce wasn't cheesy at all. Reminded me of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup.
No tortillas - flour or corn. Just none.
No guacamole.
No sour cream.
No salsa.
Beef fajitas were good - had good flavor, but meat was kinda fatty. Chicken fajitas were awful. It was like chicken jerky. Couldn't even chew the chicken. Enchiladas had about 1 tsp of cheese. Chicken flautas were ok... chicken was kind of dry. Tacos were ok, the meat barely had any flavor.
Best thing about it was the cheesecake dessert. I inquired if they made that in house. They did not.
Service was excellent - but there were only two tables occupied, so that may have had something to do with it.
Price was $42.00 for two buffets and two drinks.
Would not return if in the area again.
