Can't wait for their full menu to show up, this is one delicious spot doing campus a much needed Asian cuisine offering. Surprisingly most of the east options in the area have serious issues, lack of value, inconsistent quality, Noodle and I should be tops but the last duck bowl was the first time my buddy and I were ever unable to eat a dish. Thankfully here the only niggle was very tough ribs, which is our bad for thinking ribs would be like Cheddar's anywhere else! Our bulgogi was fantastic, too easy to eat, the portions are actually lining up to the prices for once this decade. Parking is tricky but worth the walk for this inviting and special spot. Service was on it despite a their recent opening. I would suggest calling out names or numbers instead of beepers which are very loud and annoying. They need more hot sauces too!

I want to give this a five so bad because I love what it brings to West Lafayette - and their sister properties (Sakanaya and CUBE Market) are great. But it fell down in a few ways: the beef bulgogi was just okay. It wasn't full of flavor and neither were the dumplings. And as one reviewer already mentioned, it's really loud and the constant beeping of beepers is super annoying. (You order at the counter and get a beeper that notifies you when your food is ready). Last, the seating is pretty awful...unless you get there early. It's uncomfortable and awkward. But to leave on a happy note, the seafood pancake was sssooooo good. Highly recommend. Overall, it was a fun adventure. I recommend waiting until it's warm out, parking by the West Lafayette Public library, walking down the hill and admiring all the new construction, and then upon arrival ordering the seafood pancake. If you set your expectations accordingly, then you will leave happy.

This new Korean soondubu restaurant is a standout. The soup is deeply flavorful, and served piping hot in the traditional stone bowl. The staff were attentive and welcoming without being overbearing, and the space itself has a clean, modern aesthetic with thoughtfully curated decor that adds character without feeling overdone. Manager Jenny made a point to check in during our meal, and her warmth and professionalism really elevated the experience. The restaurant is spotless -- from the dining area to the restrooms -- which speaks volumes. A great addition to the neighborhood, especially if you're interested in trying Korean cuisine right next to campus!

Ahh, this is exactly what has been missing from the area! The food here is amazing, by far the best Korea food in town. Highly recommend the soft tofu soup and seafood pancake! The dumplings were also delicious. We also really liked the counter service to order and picking a seat anywhere. Can't wait to go back many more times and try their other offerings! Also the ambiance is really great and the mascot Rangi is adorable. You are def missing out if you don't give Pocha a try!!

Currently homeless. Place is still affordable and delicious. Spent like $20 for a good meal. Way better than McDonald's.

This place is great for groups. We were seated in a booth and we were greeted by our server right away. He did a great job of explaining the different options of what to order. The food was excellent! The hot bar & vegetable/salad bar were excellent! They had of bunch of different "appetizer" type options on the hot bar. However there was so much food with the KBbq that we were actually disappointed that we wasted stomach space on the hot bar (eventhough the food was good!). The hot pot was great & the broth had such great flavor. The KBbq was amazing! We really loved all the different cuts of meat for the grill! The short ribs were a fav & there's more than enough food for the table so everyone leaves more than full! It's also great that eventhough this place is busy & set up well for groups, it's not overly loud so you can still carry on a normal volume level conversation with others at your table! Ktown is a favorite for sure!

There are carnival type games and other distractions to pass the time. When seated your table has a large stove surface in the middle where you will either be doing BBQ or hot pot cooking. The menu is straightforward and easy to choose your option. The whole table has to choose the same option (BBQ or hot pot) so discussion might be helpful before the waiter arrives. Then you choose your meat and broth type and head to the never ending salad and veggie area. It has veggies, noodles, sauces, toppings and more! The waiter tells you em several times it is all you can eat, thus the higher price point. Make sure to note too though that if you order a lot more than you eat you will get charged a few for leftovers. They want to curb food waste which is commendable. I suggest starting small and then building as for sure you get full rather quickly! My favorite aspect was the sauce area where they listed sauce combos the recommend. It helped me a lot to have some guidance and I liked the sauce I chose from their list. A fun interactive experience and good for groups. It is loud and smelly as you are basically sitting inside a large kitchen. But a fun experience and yummy food so worth a visit!

Half of the appetizers were known to me and were wonderful, while the other half was a food adventure. I ordered the spicy chicken sauté and my wife got the mild version of the same. You get a good size portion and it was absolutely amazing and very tasty. You have the option of having the restaurant chef cooking your meal, or you can have them bring the ingredients to you and you can cook it yourself on the in-table cook top. The service was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is new and the dining area was very clean. Parking in front is very small and challenging. I recommend you park in the rear of the restaurant. This restaurant was a great experience and I know we will come back again.
