She was taken advantage of financially--charged for services she did not agree to or receive and never gaven anything so she had no idea. When we tried to address the issue, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful and would not respond. I love chatting with Alina & Dasha at the front desk. It seems there isn't a language they don't speak :) As soon as a patient arrives, the patient is greeted and helped without delay. Patients are also offered refreshments in the waiting area. I had a great experience with my surgery with Dr. Gelb and am very happy with my results so far (I'm still in the healing process). Brenda, along with Dr. Gelb, was on top of everything and assisted me with everything I needed pre and post surgery. I used the very modern hyperbaric chamber after my follow up appointments to help with healing and also had a positive experience. Highly recommend and can't wait to try their other services!

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic regarding a payment and cancellation…read more I was charged $1,100, and the payment was processed several hours before I signed the clinic's Terms and Conditions. At the time of payment, I did not receive any written notice, text, email, receipt, or invoice clearly stating that the "booking fee/ deposit" was a non-refundable cancellation fee. About two months before my scheduled surgery, I contacted the salesperson and told them I wanted to cancel and requested a refund. After doing more research, I personally did not feel comfortable proceeding because the surgeon was board-certified as a surgeon, but NOT BOARD-CERTIFIED specifically IN PLASTIC SURGERY , and I wanted a surgeon whose training and experience made me feel completely confident about having an elective cosmetic procedure. After I requested the refund, the clinic told me that the deposit had been discussed verbally with the salesperson and that I later signed the Terms and Conditions. I also found my communication with Sofia, the operational manager, extremely disappointing. In my experience, she was not helpful, did not provide clear answers, and did not handle the situation with the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect from a clinic at this price point. I was left feeling that my concerns were being dismissed rather than properly addressed. I have screenshots, payment records, timestamps, and the clinic's written response documenting my experience. I tried to resolve the matter directly with the clinic before posting this review but it was a waste of my time.

What stood out most was the esthetician's expertise and the care she took to understand my skin before recommending a treatment. It felt like a thoughtful approach rather than just choosing a facial from a menu. She gave me a full skin analysis and used that information to recommend a facial that was right for me. I really appreciated having that professional guidance. There are so many treatments and products available that it can be difficult to know what your skin actually needs, so working with someone knowledgeable made the experience especially valuable. The facial itself was fantastic and easily the highlight of my visit. I went in looking for an anti-aging treatment, and I was very happy with her recommendation and the overall experience. For me, a great facial is about more than the treatment alone. It is also about feeling confident in the person caring for your skin, and she certainly inspired that confidence. She also helped me select products suited to my skin, which I appreciated just as much as the facial. The products are of the highest quality and mostly all-natural, something that is important to me when choosing skincare. Having help selecting them made it much easier to feel comfortable with my choices instead of trying to sort through everything on my own. From the skin analysis to the facial and product recommendations, this was an excellent experience. I especially valued the combination of professional knowledge and individualized attention. If you are looking for an esthetician who can help you understand your skin and recommend appropriate treatments and quality products, I would absolutely recommend ISHA Beauty. I am so glad I went in today!
