This was our second purchase with Harbor City Auto, and it was an exceptional experience--just like…read morewhen we bought our 2016 Subaru Outback. We had the pleasure of working with Chris Oglesby for the first time, and he was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. This time around we purchased our Cadillac XT6 and once again worked with Jay Jeffers, who made the experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. I cannot say enough about this dealership, and I've been purchasing vehicles for a long time! Harbor City Auto continues to be a place we trust, and we're both thrilled with our new car and the excellent service Jay and Chris provided.

Jay gave me the facts of the car I was interested in and went out of his way to send me pictures. I never felt pressured. They were able to pre approve me before I came in, so I had an idea of what I would qualify for. The price was fair and I'm happy I went to Harbor City. Jay and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove all the way from Sanford (near Orlando) because I felt I'd get better service- I was right and I'm glad I made the drive.

Kenny was my sale representative and he was a delight. Very knowledgeable and professional. I am more than satisfy. This will be my go-to company if and when I need another vehicle. Please stop by. My review does not reflect solely on the delay I experienced due to improper submissions of paperwork and computer malfunctions that turned what should of been a 30 minute transaction into a 3 hour, but rather my experience as a whole. In an attempt to make this review concise, I will bullet point the issues I found during my experience: - Lack of transparency on exterior dings/damage/dents between online post and in person inspection that was not rectified in price adjustment or incentive - Low quality detailing/prep of interior of vehicle before purchase. Floor mats and center console of vehicle had coffee/sugary liquid remnants all over them - Computer/Submission delays that prolonged the transaction process to almost 3 times the length it should have taken Overall, I had trouble giving the review 2 stars as at the end of the day, as I feel so fortunate to be purchasing a vehicle. However, I felt as a customer spending tens of thousands of dollars that the experience should reflect that. A totally detailed interior/exterior should be commonplace in a new vehicle purchase, as well as transparency between buyer and seller when addressing exterior damages.

I have officially liberated myself from the clutches of my 2014 Ford Focus!…read more For half a year, I played a high-stakes game of "dodge the dealership." I wanted a car; not for someone to text me "u up? want a car?" every twenty minutes. My criteria were simple: find a "Good, Honest, No-Pressure Salesman"--basically the Bigfoot of the automotive industry and find a car that not only I could afford but also met my needs. I wasn't going to settle. When I started browsing the website, the automated sirens began to wail. My phone was buzzing like a disturbed beehive with calls and texts. But I stood my ground. I made it clear: This is happening on MY terms. That's when I found Mr. Al Sikora. While other salesmen are looming like hungry vultures, Al was operating on a higher plane of human decency. He guided me through the entire process without a single ounce of that "constant hounding" that usually makes car buying feel like being chased by a relentless, suit-wearing grizzly bear. He respected the boundaries, he respected the timeline, and he respected the mission. I found a car on the website that was too good a deal to pass up while driving back from Virginia for Thanksgiving. Al met me the next morning to seal the deal. When it came time to cross the finish line and ink the deal however, Bryan Watkins stepped in to bring the heat and close the transaction. The transition was smoother than the suspension on my new ride. It was a tag-team performance that belongs in the Hall of Fame. 110% Satisfaction, 0 Pressure, big smiles and a 2023 Corolla Cross that I can call my own. If you want to buy a car like a boss--on your schedule, with your dignity intact, and handled by absolute pros--go see Al and Bryan. They turned a dreaded chore into a victory lap.
