I have never had a problem with PNC before. I usually go to a bank in North Olmsted off Lorain and…read morethe girls are so nice. They know who I am and the one always asks how I've been and ask's me how married lifes been. I was with my sister in law and she needed to cash her check, and then we needed to go to T-Mobile. Since we were in the area we stopped at this PNC Bank. When we walked in, one of the girls asked us how we were doing and I thought that was nice. There were two girls up at the counter where you cash your checks. We went up and the girl was very rude and blunt right off the bat. She was WAY too sarcastic, and it rubbed me the wrong way. It's one thing to be sarcastic, but she mixed rudeness with it and it was not appreciated. My sis in law was only on four hours of sleep, (She worked until 6 am and we were at the bank at 10:30 AM) And the lady said, "Did you just wake up?" Really?! I then said "She got off of work at 6 am this morning." It took me all I could not to tell her what I thought. She then proceeded to tell us that she couldn't cash her check, she would have to deposit it because there wasn't enough in her account to cover it. My sister in law said politely, "My mom never has any trouble when she cashes her check." The rude lady then said, "Well your mom probably has ENOUGH in her account to cover it. "Excuse me, woman...We didn't ask for you're opinion! I will be calling them tonight and complaining. Very rude. She shouldn't be working with the public. I will not be returning to this PNC bank, I will go to my normal one.
