Getting any of them to call you back as a true chore in itself. They are not set up in any way for external payments which any other banking facility is capable of. I wish I would've never have chosen this Bank for my home loan. I had the same issues when I had my motorcycle loan with them as well. Thankfully, I was able to pay that motorcycle off loan relatively quick and I'll never be back to this bank going forward. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for loans or any kind or for any banking that you choose to do. If I could give them a zero I would.

I called customer service to update my address as there wasn't a box to enter it when I tried online. The Indian CS rep stated that I needed to take 2 photo IDs to my local branch bank to change my address. Finally, after going around and around with him about this, he finally relented and made the change for me. I'm looking for another bank.
