Getting any of them to call you back as a true chore in itself. They are not set up in any way for external payments which any other banking facility is capable of. I wish I would've never have chosen this Bank for my home loan. I had the same issues when I had my motorcycle loan with them as well. Thankfully, I was able to pay that motorcycle off loan relatively quick and I'll never be back to this bank going forward. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for loans or any kind or for any banking that you choose to do. If I could give them a zero I would.

I called customer service to update my address as there wasn't a box to enter it when I tried online. The Indian CS rep stated that I needed to take 2 photo IDs to my local branch bank to change my address.
