Our company needed to set up direct deposit for payroll, and the process had been delayed for several weeks so I thought I'd check with the bank and see if they had a similar service, and they do! They were able to get us up and running that week, and I have had absolutely no trouble using the system. I've never received better service from a bank - super impressed and incredibly grateful! It's unusual to have an actual person answer the phone when you call anywhere anymore, but that's what I get every time with NFB.

I made the mistake of not paying enough attention to my account. I just noticed a $330 over draft fee. I let them know i overreacted because an auto payment came out when I was supposed to be paid but I ended up not getting my check until 2 days later due to an error in our accounting department. They told me to get a letter from my work. I did: they told me there is still nothing they can do. Now charged me $330 and made me drive 50 miles for no reason. Also told me they would not give me change because they thought I was getting it for my work even though I am a member here and needed it for a garage sale..

As a loyal customer of over 40 years, I am appalled to witness her continuously harass and humiliate senior and disabled customers.Instead of addressing her history of poor customer relations--which led to her transfer from the St. Charles branch due to similar complaints--this company is enabling her to target our most vulnerable community members. How this behavior is allowed to continue is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt explanation of the actions taken to rectify this situation.

They have an ATM up front if you don't want to use the drive through ones. They have plenty of parking spaces. My favorite are the 2 lanes available for the drive through ATM when I need to get some quick cash or do a quick deposit. Not that I mind walking out of my car and having a human interaction but you cannot beat convenience especially when in a hurry or when it's super hot outside that a minute walk feels like eternity. While I cannot speak to their customer service as I've never had to go inside or deal with their associates, I would say overall, i like this location for my deposits and withdrawal purposes.

I was told that I needed to bring in a social security card for each of them instead of a driver's license. I have no problem with that, but it was the dull and unfriendly demeanor of the teller and desk staff that was disappointing. Very unmotivated.
