Now, no local decisions can override the bank's biometrics on check holds. I am a real estate agent so now I have to have my checks wired, and Regions charges me $15.00. So there's that complaint. Secondly, someone used my card, I received a notification and my card was canceled. It's been 5 business days and I've had NO COMMUNICATION from Regions as to when my new debit card will arrive. When I call, the prompts take about 10 minutes to get through just to be put on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a representative. Then, that representative can't tell you anything. SUCH A DISAPPOINTING DIRECTION FROM A ONCE PERSONAL BANKING INSTITUTION. I really don't want the hassle, but it's time for me to switch banks. Regions just continues to disappoint.

They block your password without your knowledge and then you get locked out of your account. Few of their customer service people even speak english and they are very hard to understand. I am currently on their lure of 0% for a year until April, 2020, but I will be paying off my account and cancelling my credit card with them. It's ironic that I just had a call from them a few days ago and told the lady, who also didn't speak english very well, that their company was the worst. Don't know for sure but I think she had something to do with my account being blocked due to bad password. Finished with them, even at 0%!
