REALLY!!?? we explained the urgency of our situation and he stated the person that was there had an appt coming up and he could not help us himself. we drove straight to the location on southern blvd and after a short wait were greeted by a ms. delaresa james who took care of our problem with great efficiency and care. typical of big banking nowadays. spend all this money and time on renovating their locations and marketing but, staff them with subpar management. when you trust your money to someone...you dont want to hear they "called out"...like thats a viable excuse. also, "thanks for coming in but we are unable to perform our jobs and would it be possible you go to another location"!? chase is in luck that they had us taken care of by ms. james or we would have been closing our accts and went elsewhere. do yourself a favor chase. make people like ms. james the managers that deal with the public and keep ian far from your image.
