She noticed I had a lot of employer checks so asked if I was going to get a lot more of these and then printed out a deposit slip so that I can enroll in automatic depositing. She didn't have to make that connection and go that extra step. I am also not used to filling out deposit slips anymore (my other bank doesn't require) and she kindly filled one up for me.

I had only mentioned to the teller my desire for a box, a month earlier when I was at the teller window conducting a transaction. There was a situation in which I had to get copies of 37 checks. Tower did not charge me any fees and even paid for the postage to send them to me. I like that Tower does not charge me when I have to reorder checks. I also have my primary credit card with Tower and it is nice to receive the monthly rebate. Many, many years ago, we refinanced my husband's mortgage through Tower and it was a smooth transaction. This branch, and most other branches are unable to handle deposits and withdrawals, and none of the services that banks normally handle. The workers there don't know the basic banking terminologies. There are no officers in the bank. This branch is nothing but a human ATM, only slower. There are always employees walking around and at 9:30am employees walking in with their breakfast. They sent my payment to collections with zero advanced notice after making payments faithfully for…read moreover 4 years. I made payments on my truck on time for over 4 years. This past August, I accidently under paid my account for $64. Then, I get a letter from them in the mail dated 11/17/2025 which I didn't receive until 11/21 bc I was out of town on business, and a phone call which I missed on 11/20/2025 w no voicemail, then by 11/21/2025 they sent my amount due to collections. They said notifying their customers of a delinquent payment is a courtesy and not required by law. Well thanks alot for the courtesy of not giving me any time to make my payment. So I paid the full amount off the loan and will never do business with a firm which has no concept of customer service. Find a better lender, don't use them.
