I was prepared when I showed up here, but that didn't seem to matter. What and why would a bank have two drive-up ATMs set up in the same lane? Why would you think this is a good idea? If you want to use an ATM you should be able to drive up, use it, and go. But not here. Two ATMs you have one of two scenarios that play out. Scenario one: you are the first car of two and can leave at will. However, every vehicle behind the second car has to wait until car number two is finished. Essentially making the first ATM unusable. To shine a bit more light on this, there is no possible way to drive around on either side. Scenario two: you are the second car and a finished. However, the person in front of your is taking longer than it should. You are essentially stuck with nothing to do but wait for the vehicle in front of your to finish up. That is, if the ATM will complete your transaction at all. I wait in the line watching to two scenarios play out only to find they would not finish my transaction because of the bank I dealt with. The lesson I should have learnt from this was to not waste my time with this business.

I do all my business online or on the phone. Tower's charges for certain services are more reasonable than other banks and credit unions and they can be very compassionate. There was a situation in which I had to get copies of 37 checks. Tower did not charge me any fees and even paid for the postage to send them to me. I like that Tower does not charge me when I have to reorder checks. I also have my primary credit card with Tower and it is nice to receive the monthly rebate. Many, many years ago, we refinanced my husband's mortgage through Tower and it was a smooth transaction. Of course, even Tower is not perfect and yes, I did have a problem when I bought my new house four years ago and thought about getting the mortgage throughTower. The representative with whom I spoke sounded young and seemed to be inexperienced but the one thing for certain was that he made no effort whatsoever to find out the answer to my main question. In fact, he actually brushed me off and hung up. I noticed when I agreed to write this review that it is probably in my husband's name. Since he would not be writing reviews of any kind from his grave, I, his wife, am writing this review and I am Toby M from Fallston.

They are a fully functioning bank branch with banking hours. Just no drive thru services that I could see. Actually this isn't all bad, if you are in need to some groceries and need to hit the bank as well, why not do it here, it's a one stop and done type of deal. After striking out at another nearby bank branch I came here to make my deposit. I would have rather done it via drive thru, but it is what it is. I came inside all prepared, stepped up to the ATM, did my thing, and was on my way. The biggest downfall is having to come into a grocery store to use this. Only after fighting to find a parking spot.

I asked the teller on the left side what the daily maximum withdrawal is for my account, and she said that it depended on the type of account I had. She asked for ID, looked up my account, and answered my question. Then I went off to the ATM. The ATM faces Giant's checkout registers. The area by the ATM is very open and not secure. The keypad is not covered up discreetly so anyone walking by can see the pin number you punch in. The area is also very crowded and busy with Giant store merchandise and a back room, so privacy is a persistent issue. I would not return to this location to withdraw cash from the ATM.
