I had just gotten into town and was going to be taking photos of all the older historic buildings downtown and literally started at First Financial Bank on S. Meridian St. Almost immediately a bank employee inside came to the HUGE front window and flipped me off (see photo). They then called the police and falsely claimed that I had been "banging on the windows" according to the cops. That was a bald faced lie! I never touched the windows, let alone banged on them. I was interested in the building, not the rude employees inside. I was arrested and spent over 24 hours in jail. The prosecutors office I am absolutely going to sue this bank for what they did to me. I have had to go in to change my online banking password and PIN number and was served within minutes. The man who helped me was very enthusiastic, and it was clear to me he loved helping guide people in their banking experience. During my most recent visit, I was very pleased with my service. The teller was so welcoming, friendly, and cashed my check in no time! One thing that was slightly confusing at first is that the "drive thru" lane closest to the building is the ATM lane only. Upon initially seeing all of the cars in line for that service, I almost drove away because I did not have time to wait; however, I soon realized the arrangement of the lanes. Scott Hammersley, their business/commercial lending specialist, came out and introduced himself and spent time learning about our new business coming to the Westfield area. Later when I was having trouble getting online banking and the mobile app setup, one of the bank's team took my call, walked me through it, and stayed on the phone with me till setup was confirmed. I never felt rushed or hurried, there was a calm, steady tone and constant reminders that I was their priority and they wanted me to be set up and able to use all the resources the bank had for me. I said I spent a half hour in the branch yesterday and did not have time to make another trip to answer such a basic question. Old National has good in person service which is offset by their sub par 800# service. To even get through to them you have to give all sorts of information including your date of birth.

I was low on cash and 4 charges that day, my rent, and the check were charged over fees of 250, one was a double charge by the company. How can you be charged fees for authorizations and not actually charges. I am sure this review makes little sense, I will not yelp mad again.
